Business Process Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Business Process Associates to join our Chennai, Kochi, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Kolkata call campaigns. Successful candidates would have an opportunity to work as a part of our diverse multicultural in-house call center team. Fluency in English and  Tamil/Malayalam/Marathi/Kannada/Bengali/ (any one of  these languages) is mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deal with customers to understand their requirements, clarify their queries and provide the best solutions to them, on a timely basis.
• Understand the business structure, identify customer needs and guide them by giving them relevant information.
• Respond to various client queries through inbound and outbound voice and chat processes.
• Follow SOP’s, call scripts, maintain quality standards and provide a high degree of customer service by politely interacting with clients.
• Increase brand value by building sustainable relationships, engaging customers and seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensible way.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Role Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role within a sales and target driven environment.
• Thorough understanding and familiarity with CRM systems, practices and business process with a passion for customer service and experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Candidates who are multi-lingual would hold an added advantage.
