I went for consultation on skin tag removal, which was satisfactory overall.
However, they made me do unnecessary and unsolicited check on weight, BMI and other parameters. After the primary consultation, another young lady takes me into unsolicited consultation on weight and tells me my target weight – which is 12 KG less than what I am currently, based on the minimum BMI. I’m 64 years old and am overweight by 3-4 kg which even my cardiac specialist tells me not bother about.
The whole experience was extremely disturbing, forcing unrealistic targets on a senior citizen. And totally unsolicited!

The best thing about my experience with Oliva is the hair specialists. They have so much knowledge but very down to earth, and will answer all your questions patiently. Oliva has many different, advanced treatments for Acne. I came to know about them when I visited recently. The dermatologist explained about each treatment and how it works for my acne specially. I will be starting soon. I also like the clinic ambience and the way the staff took care of me, guiding me through the whole process. The consultation is pretty long and detailed as they want to find out a lot of things before giving treatment.
