I went for mole removal. I consulted Dr. Nivedita about mole removal. She clearly explained how the treatment will be executed and I took treatment dashara 2017. I am happy for the great service. Now I feel confident after my mole got removed from my face. I have scare after removal but now its hardly need to take deep look to find scare. Thank you Oliva and their consulting doctors.

I have started my treatment for 8months in oliva clinic jubilee Hills. My marriage is getting very closer they recommended me to use some medicines. I am using that medicine from 1month,but there is no result and pimples becoming more before my wedding. Not at all satisfied and I don’t wanna suggest my friends also.

I heard a lot of good things about Dr. Saguna and decided to visit her and booked an appointment. After waiting for more than an hour I was told that Dr. Saguna is not available even after booking an appointment and all. Then I was assigned to another doctor. The doctor was really unprofessional and with a very poor communication skills. She randomly wrote couple of tests and creams without any actual conversation. The doctors hardly spoke for 5 minutes. I had to pay for this horrible service offered to me. I felt the staff was much more friendly and communicative than the doctor who was assigned to me.

My acne worsened after peels.Never faced this issue with my previous treatments in other clinics. oral medications are prescribed without checking the underlying issues.Doctors don’t explain the side effects of any drugs.

Irresponsible management and never provide service promised on time . Staff are very rude and never put customer’s priorities. Had 4 sessions with them and all 4 session timings have been postponed / Rescheduled and management takes little to no responsibility for that.

Worst clinic I have ever seen in my life they just said consultant is free for year ending, then I just went to clinic they firstly taken my money of 500rs as consultant then i told them I received a call from clinic that it is free they said no and they started to tell me about process and every time she asks when u will pay money.I just wanted to tell that it’s all about money fraud clinic not at all responsible towards clients words fraud clinic worst staff.

I purchased a laser package at the Hyderabad clinic , during purchase I clearly asked about availability of appointments as I have a schedule that varies and only know my plans 15 days at a time . I was assured that they were always able to accommodate their clients . Subsequently I moved to Bangalore , and my records were transferred to the Indira Nagar outlet . For the last 3 months I have been unable to secure an appointment after repeated calls . As this is not working out , I made a call to the centralised number to register my concerns and ask for a refund of the balance amount. You are sitting with my money without providing me any service ! However in spite of 3 calls since the 30th Of Dec 2019 , I have not received any call back . Each time I am Assured that the concerned person will call me in 24-48 hours but I am yet to receive a call or any redressal of my Grievance . Moreover on my last appointment the technician was lost and I could feel my skin burning , I asked her to stop , and requested a different technician , their response was simply that she is under training from our Pune outlet . I do not consider that a reasonable excuse for poor service . If you have a trainee she needs to be supervised by someone who is proficient .
