Oliva Clinic – Reviews & Ratings

After waiting for fir almost a month to get any solution regarding my complain I am writing this review.

On 28th December 2020, I had my facial hair laser removal appointment. and at the same time, Koramangala branch had received another client for bikini removal.

They used the same laser probe for her bikini area and my face at the interval of hardly 10 minutes.
I found it highly unhygienic as our skin is freshly shaved before laser and it can transmit any infection from one client to another.

The management should provide multiple probes to the branches. it’s not only the branch’s mistake,
These unhygienic measures can lead to some huge blunder someday.
Please look into this and resolve it.

Horrible service. After my consultation I face this. Really not acceptable. I called for booking slot and they confirmed me via call that my session is booked for 5 February. Now when I call again for confirmation they tell me your slot is booked for February 16 and 17. Without even intimating me about it. While taking payment they say madam it has to be done today only and when it comes to providing service this is how they do.

This is the fifth time i had been to Oliva clinic which located in HSR LAYOUT and this time i flied to Bangalore with a very tight schedule for just 3 days and in 2 days they had completed my full body laser treatment so well that i have no words.Dr.Prakruti as usual awesome she is and the staff really entire staff is appreciatable and so admirable.Tanmay,Alica,Nikita,Menang,Sharanya all are wonderful.
Alica,Menang and Tanmay treated me with the full body laser treatment and i must say they are so lovable and as i came with a tight schedule so they finished laser treatment by skipping their lunch time and continuosly they were doing their duty without taking a bit rest.And i could see i got lot of improvement if i speak about hairs.I could see a huge reduction of unwanted hairs after going thru the laser treament from Oliva.I suggest everyone whoever wanna get rid of unwanted hairs just invest in Oliva Clinic in HSR Layout (Bangalore).such a lovely staff and awesome Doctors.I am so happy and again for next session iam planning to go to bangalore again next month.

I visited for a skin problem had a nice experience in the clinic … Staff is customer friendly and responsive, Have received very good hospitality from o the staff (named Sindhu) … Doctors are knowledgeable friendly n listens to our concerns patiently and explains the issue n gives right medications.

I am getting my LHR done from Oliva and I am really happy with the treatment and the hospitality provided by their staff Alice. She is really kind, professional and the best at what she does. Remarkable.
