Oliva Clinic – Reviews & Ratings

This is the first time visiting Oliva Skin service for Acne & Pigmentation concern. I’ve consulted with Dr. Lakshmi Durga. She looked into my skin and prescribed me for Peel Reviving Treatment followed by Laser for 6 sessions. I had my 1st session Chemical Peeling Treatment. After my first session of Chemical Peeling Treatment, Skin was so soft & supple. Then, by next visiting doctor has suggested for one more peeling session. I’m really looking forward for the good results and thanks to Dr. Lakshmi who has taken care of my skin concerns. Best Doctor ever I’ve met.

Also, I would like to write a review on the therapist – Swetha M who made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire session. I must really say thank Swetha for her service and the quality of service was top-notch. She is very friendly and I would give 5 stars for her service quality

I recommend Olivia skin and hair clinic. Staff is caring and always ready to help. They follow the protocols for COVID 19.

Pathetic experience with this branch. They make false promises and commitments. During my brother in law treatment they said doctor will do the procedure but, now they don’t care about that. When I intervened to speak they with their manager over the phone they didn’t even bothered to take my call.

I visited Oliva Indira Nagar branch during 2019 (pre-pandemic) hoping i would get a solution for my Acne scars. Dr. Sathvika diagnosed my condition and recommended Ablate laser treatment of 6 sessions (which is sufficient to see significant results). Doctor promised the results should be impressive. Based on the trust on the clinic I opted the treatment as suggested and had invested not only my time but the entire 6 months savings. But, post 3 sessions I didn’t see any changes at all which was evident from my friends, family saying “There’s no improvement”, to regain the confidence on the treatment I consulted few reputed dermatologists in Bangalore and shockingly the dermatologists came with different kind of effective treatment and did not recommend Ablative laser alone. I raised an immediate concern regarding the same, for which the manager (I don’t know exact name and designation) referred me to Dr. Dilshad, HRBR clinic.I was convinced by Dr. Dilshad consultation at that moment and took 2 more sessions. The results were same – Not even a little progress. There’s no slightest improvement at all after 5 sessions, the images shown on the progress cannot be considered as standard to compare results because none of the people I met regularly or rarely has seen slightest improvement. Infact, when I asked myself people say “Sorry, I see no changes”. I lost all the hopes in the clinic and I strong recommend not to trust Oliva at least for Acne scars. Doctors try to convince you by showing images which is not the right way (Reality is completely different). I’m not going for the final session and if the clinic is ethical they should accept and completely refund what I spent. I trusted them twice, after all it was a disaster.

Dr niveditha consulted my skin for acne scars and told me that it would completely go after laser toning toning treatment I have completed 3 sessions but still now I don’t even see any difference in my face at all such big liars fraud

They don’t respond at all after taking money. No follow up calls/If we call , They don’t pick

I was very dull and dark earlier after the treatment my confidence level was improved and had seen the drastic change over my skin

Hi, I want to really thank oliva for their treatment on pimple and acne scar , with some wrong mediciation I had some serious issues on getting more pimple overall the face , I couldn’t get any solution and spent so much for my skin treatment , but it worked temperory but when I made my mind to go oliva by deciding it’s my final attempt , I came out with best permanent solution . Now it’s been 2.5 years I am into oliva medication which made my skin to get back how it was early clear and I got fair too. All thanks to Iva and doctor Anoop who took care on my skin and their treatment really works well . The thing I liked here was they treat from the scratch by getting all blood sample tested then find the root cause then gives the treatment it will really work for any skin. I was tensed on looking at my skin before but after I came to oliva my skin texture is completely made me smile from heart again . I thank you each day oliva ????Do visit for your hit and skin problem ..you get the best solution here for lifetime ??

I have come to Olivia around 3 times for laser hair removal. The treatment itself was good however the service has always been an issue for me. I remember when I had come they made me wait an hour before after the time they called me to start the treatment and when I asked them to kindly speed up the process I got attitude from the the employee. Now in the last week I have called around 6 times and the call was not answered nor did I get a call back. I called the service center where they apologised and said they would arrange a call back. I got a call back which I missed unfortunately but immediately returned the call 3 times and have no response. Quite disappointing, definitely does not live upto the reputation and will not be going back again.
