I visited the clinic twice, the consultant dr. shravya was a good experience. because it was very informative. The experience with the front office executive ms shanthi, was bad, as she was not giving us regular updates regarding our treatment although we were calling and checking up. we cunsulted the doctor on 17.05.2022, she advised me to go for volite and laser toning treatments and we purchased the prescribed cremes. i was given procedure date on 28.05.2022 . i reached the clinic on 28.05.22 at given time, but treatment was not done due to miscommunication between front office and doctors. ms. shanti informed me that on 01.06.22 or 03.06.22, the procedure will be done but we did not received any calls from them. on 04.06.22, i called but she did not reply. on the same day evening around 7.00 pm she called me and informed me that doctor was busy and also informed that on 06.06.22, she would fix suitable date for the procedure but till now we did not receive any communication.

Meenakshi she’s a kind person and suggested test to know the underlying causes of acne also explained the process of treatment politely… Now am in the second session and can feel the difference in my skin… Am getting my glow back… am really greatful to Dr. Meenakchi and Oliva…
