Been here for acne scar treatment @ GACHIBOWLI branch with assured 40-50% results.
ISSUE STARTS HERE;
Post to 3 sessions no great results were visible, brought the concern to doctor she suggested it would take more time since it’s only 3 sessions

Completed all 6 sessions as suggested by doctor last month the results are not even close to 20% I visited clinic today again and raised my concern with the desk person she asked me to wait for another 2 months
PLEASE STOP GIVING FALSE PROMISES, I CAN’T BE PATIENT ANYMORE.

There were other derma clinics which I visited they were offering the same treatment with half of the amount which I paid at oliva opted it hoping they have good expertise it turned out to be disappointing.

I have spent 6 months of my earnings and huge amount of time which seems to be went in vain

Doctor is good, I really appreciate her. I felt cheated by words from manger Mona. While booking for treatment, she said everything will be taken care. But it didn’t happened. Warts are not completely removed. Mona said , I need to pay again another 24k rupees. I have already made payment 18k rupees while booking.

I consulted Dr. Swetha. She treated me so well. I could see a clear change in my face. Still treatment is on am very happy with medication and service.

I had undergone PRP hair loss treatment in Chennai Adyar branch and I was able to see the difference during each sitting. I was having severe hair fall and really worried for the same and after the treatment the hair fall got reduced. Thanks to Oliva for this wonderful treatment and I feel very happy and confident now.

Must say, they are one of the best clinics in kochi. I had a problem of hair loss and hair thinning, but with the prp treatment I can say that my hairfall has reduced to almost 90%…very satisfied with the treatment as well as the doctors and staff that had catered to me during my treatment!!

This is the first time visiting Oliva Skin service for Pigmentation concern. I’ve consulted with Dr. Pooja rao She looked into my skin and prescribed me for Laser for 8sessions. I had my 3rd session Of Laser Treatment. After my 3rd session of Laser Treatment, Skin was so soft & supple. I’m really looking forward for the good results and thanks to Dr. Puja rao mam who has taken care of my skin concerns. Best Doctor ever I’ve met. Also, I would like to write a review on the therapist – spandana who made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire session. I must really say thank Puja mam and spandana for service and the quality of service was top-notch. She is very friendly and I would give 5 stars Last but not least pooja rao mam is sooooo beautifull

I consulted Dr. Nazia and she guided me well for my weight loss plan with all my health condition…she provided a diet chart which I could follow easily n lose weight and manage weight and healthy lifestyle

I Had taken scar treatment , everyone had taken care and done excellent treatment…
results were also very good…

This is regarding my concern that I reported a month ago, still no proper resolution despite contacting several times.

Just to give a little bit brief on the issue, I,ve been taken acne scar treatment @ gachibowli branch with file no:11176 cont 8143085573
with assured 40 to 50% of results.

Post to treatment results are close to 15 to 20% well although I brought this concern to doctor in the halfway of the treatment but she assured to wait until the treatment completes

I discussed the same with doctor a week back she showed the pictures which clearly shows the results where one side little improvement other side and forehead are same as earlier however she said she would discuss the same with head branch team and let me know,

This monday I called on the help desk branch manager said she is not aware of the issue although she is aware of and she said she said doctor is in conference no updates further I tried calling no response

Today I called customer care. I spoke to manager Srikath and briefed him about the issue. He said he will right away escalate this by EOD today I will get a response but I didn’t get any update yet.

I don’t know what business ethics and principles they are following during consultation and payments team acted very sweetly and actively, now if customer is having concerns they are ignoring and delaying it which seems to be not a solution

There were other clinics offering the same treatment with half of the amount you took ,HARD TO BELIEVE I’VE SPENT 5 to 6 MONTHS OF SAVINGS AND LOT OF TIME HOPING OLIVA HAS GOOD EXPERTISE WHICH PROVIDES BETTER RESULTS IN RETURN WHICH IS DISAPPOINTING.

I REQUEST OLIVA HEAD ADMIN TEAM TO LOOKUP ON MY ISSUE AND GIVE ME A VALID RESOLUTION.
