My marriage date was fast approaching, and the dark spots on my neck and arms gave me sleepless nights. Call it sheer luck that I came across Oliva Clinic on Facebook. Dr Barnali Dutta at the Jodhpur Park branch has been treating me to get rid of the black spots. Within three sessions, I am happy to see the difference.

Entering the posh premises, I thought Oliva was yet another commercial clinic that gives false promises to the patients. But dermatologists at Oliva proved me wrong. By the time I completed my skin lightening treatment here, I had started trusting them blindly for all my skin needs.

I’m writing this review after repeatedly informing the clinic about their poor response to customers. We have to call them multiple times hoping someone would attend the call and once they do, they say they’d give us a call back which they never do! It’s on us to call them 10 times again to remind them of something of which we’d be lucky if they respond the first 4-5 times and then call back again!!! to finally get an answer. I’m writing this after trying to consult them for the 11th-12th time with the same terrible response.

Latest being getting a call that the equipment was non-functional and that they’ll have to reschedule. When I tried to check back when it’s going to rescheduled (4 times talking to different representatives), standard response I get is that they’ll have someone call back and again no one does. When I brought this to their notice, the standard response I get is that they are low on staff. Posting this here in the hope that something will be done about it as I have atleast 6-7 more sessions left with Oliva and I’m dreading the amount of time I’ll be wasting everytime I’d need to contact them.

Being a journalist is a very demanding job, hence I had no time for waxing appointments. I shared this concern with my friend, and she suggested underarm laser hair removal at Oliva Clinic. Happy with my overall treatment. Thank You!

The receiving was very good by the staff and the doctor patiently listened the problem and she has suggested good treatment for the pigmentation and we are taking 8 months treatment for pigmentation and that is monthly once .The staff there they were very polite and their way talking with the patients was too good….Thank you

I am super dissatisfied with your receptionist Stella’s rude behavior. I had a booking today for Lazer and I didn’t know that I had to stop applying night creame. Whne doctor checked me she asked if I stopped applying it. I said it’s been 2 days and doctor stated that Ideally it must be stopped 3 to 5 days before the Lazer. Nonone informed me this when I had made the appointment/or atleast 4 days prior someone should have stated this. When I went to your clinic ( bangalore location, HRBR outlet, near Hennur main road pincode : 560043) Stella was super rude and showed the bill where she had mentioned that she has written when the consultation was made was 2 months ago. 2 months us a lot of time, how will the customer remember? Basic decency is to let the customer know atleast 4 days in advance. She replied by stating “we are just incharge of informing that you have an appointment, noone is going to tell you all these details again as I have already informed you during consultation. Also when payment via installments has to be done she says ” Twesha noone is going to remind you to make payment, you have to do this”. Also for face peel that was scheduled on 30 th of July, I had 2 times days before so that they can inform doctor about this. They kept saying maam it is scheduled for peel and I said I don’t want peel this time I wanted Lazer, for which there was a rude tone reply and she said I will check with doctor and she cut the call abruptly. I do not know the name of the receptionist but this was a different person other than Stella. When I called on 29 th june to confirm for Lazer another person stated maam it’s book for peel. Wow what kind of professionalism. You guys are a brand right? Where do you recruit such unprofessional and rude people, your receptionist are placed at the front desk, they depict or show the culture of the clinic almost all your receptionists even male staff is rude. I have also observed them to be rude with doctors and some of your clients have also shared their experiences with me. If this is the case, please cancel my plan I have already paid 50 k and I’m yet to pay 61. I will utilize this 61 k at Kaya clinic, I know they are expensive but they are also experienced than you guys and highly professional and so i dont mind switching brands. Moreover your appointments booked at 4 pm, then during the appointment date they extend to 5 or 5:30 without even informing atleast 2 days before. I think you don’t have enough doctors, first learn how to plan your resources then you people think of increasing your customers. All your equipments are on maintenance always no clue how they can always be on maintained even your weighing machines. Your doctors are always late with the treatment, although we arrive on time looks like they are more chilled out and pretty laid back. What s with the attitude, unprofessional and rude behavior of your receptionist staff? Please train them on soft skills. Giving a 0/5 start rating to Oliva HRBR Outlet and this will not change even if you guys have provided excellent service with treatments. I heard audits are done for treatments made by doctors, please do a thoughrough vigilance with these so called receptionists behavior.

The best thing about the skin lightening treatment in Oliva Clinic is that they not only lighten up the complexion but they also add to the overall rejuvenation of the skin texture. My skin is glowing like it used to in my preteen years.

I then booked an appointment for myself with Dr. Debarati Datta. She is very compassionate and has expertise in her subject. Within months, not only have the dark patches on my face reduced, but there is a significant improvement in my overall complexion as well.

I was happy to find staff that could communicate in Hindi, as most doctors in Kolkata can’t do that. I am content with how the stretch marks on the calf have been lightened at the clinic in a short time.

I started working out during the pandemic and lost 27 kgs. But losing weight left stretch marks on my arms, tummy, and thighs. I used many anti-marks creams and home remedies. Nothing worked. Thankfully, I found Oliva Clinic. I visited them for six months, and I’m entirely stretch marks free now.
